1. Scope of Service

These Terms of Service govern professional cleaning services rendered by SKG Clean to residential and commercial clients across Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, Greece.

Submitting a booking request via our website, telephone, or messaging applications constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Quotes & Payment Terms

Prices displayed on the website are indicative starting estimates. Final quotes are agreed upon based on property area, initial condition, and specific task requirements.

No advance deposit is required for standard residential visits. Payment is due upon completion and inspection of the work.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

We kindly request at least 24 hours prior notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling to allow efficient crew dispatching.

4. Access and Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the premises, as well as functional running water and electricity required for our machinery.

Clients should notify our team in advance regarding any fragile, antique, or delicate surfaces requiring special handling.

5. Quality Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

SKG Clean offers a quality guarantee: any missed areas reported during final walk-through are rectified immediately at no extra charge.

We are not liable for pre-existing structural wear, permanent stains preceding our service, or damage caused by prior improper cleaning techniques applied by third parties.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
